Release Requirements
- All 3,333 Felines minted; authorities agree.
- Snapshot announced: exact height and block hash.
- Snapshot confirmed; both collection manifests pinned.
- Manifest built and independently rebuilt, byte for byte.
- Signed token-deployment manifest fixes name, ticker, decimals, and deadline.
- Signet claims pass end to end from P2TR and P2WPKH wallets.
- Claims window opens.
